Pilates is a perfect method to strengthen and tone your body while improving flexibility. Certified Instructor Ulrika Frank, will lead this ALL LEVEL class with modified exercises available.
You will need to bring a mat or a towel, be bare feet, and wear light comfortable clothing. A bottle of water is also recommended to keep nearby.
This event has limited capacity. In case of inclement weather the session will be moved indoors.
